Job Title: APAC Sales Consultant

Compensation Plan - $3,000 - $3,5000 + commission

About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing APAC Sales Consultant in Singapore with 3+ years experience selling individual/corporate learning & development solutions, professional services or consultancy services to individuals or enterprises and MNC’s. Your experience selling to the B2C/Telesales market has given you the confidence you need to pitch and achieve your results. You have a proven track record of success, a strong network, can rise to the challenge and love to succeed. 

As an independent Sales Consultant you will be responsible for managing your time and achieving your targets. Your typical day will be a mix of outbound lead generation, responding to inbound queries, following up opportunities and handling the enrolment process. Within the first 30 days, you will have begun to build product knowledge and started to grow your personal pipeline, generating revenue for the business within your first 60 days. 


  • Maximise student enrolments to meet sales targets and achieve the key performance indicators set by the business for the APAC region
  • Conduct required volume and quality of calls to prospective students to enable achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of AVADO courses and services, and those of our competitors
  • Understand education level, commitments, and motivations of prospective students and provide advice and consultation regarding course sign up
  • Use sales technology and tools to boost productivity


  • 3+ years in a B2C/Telesales sales role
  • Experience selling learning & development/professional qualification
  • Consistent high achiever with track record in Sales and-over achieving performance target
  • Dynamic, team player with excellent drive and work ethic
  • Excellent communicator with excellent listening skill
  • Experience of working in international team, selling to clients across APAC
  • Experience of working in the education or training sector is advantageous but not essential
  • Fluent in English, additional local language is a bonus
