Who we need
Our Head of Learning Platforms Optimisation is looking for a hands-on Platform Administrator to join their team, to own, drive and implement operational platform learner experiences within our range of learning and support platforms. You will act as the first point of contact for all learner administrative duties to enable a world class learning experience for all our learners across our core portfolio of products.

What you’ll do
You will take on accountability for supporting our learners across the platforms the engage with to complete their learning journeys whilst studying with Avado. You will be our first point of contact for operational problem-solving tasks and front-end administrations of learning queries, including applying changes to platforms where issues are identified.
You will be responsible for supporting our core learning programme scheduling, learner onboarding, in life learner queries. Your attention to detail and focus on quality will ensure that learners have a world class learning experience from Avado.
Creation of learner profiles and setting up cohorts to enable cohorts going live across our core products in line with course go live dates across our learning platforms
Support with the implementation of operational updates to content, learner profiles and managing user permission
Supporting the business with data insights through effective implementation of reporting
Troubleshooting and solving platform queries, supporting our Student Success teams and other departments with technical learner related queries
Own the solutions in operation – instigate and drive continuous improvement processes to ensure that our learners, and Avado, gets the most out of our investment
Think end-to-end from a learner’s perspective – be willing to work beyond your scope to deliver the best outcomes for our learners and for Avado
Be part of a team of system owners for our learning platforms, covering license management, system access, joiners/movers/leavers, incident management, budget /cost management, training, governance, data quality, compliance, and integrations
What we’re looking for
Experience of working in an established digital learning team, education provider or in an appropriate dedicated function
An understanding of HTML and CSS (essential), and a familiarity with Bootstrap (desirable)
Experience being part of a team that manages content and technical learner deliveries across our learning and support platforms
Familiarity with common content formats and approaches and a working knowledge of LMS or CMS platforms such as TI, BUD, Eduflow, Salesforce, ROGO
A detailed solution focused individual with strong focus on solutions rather than problems
A collaborative team player with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
You have experience of matrix management / leading without authority
You can turn complex data sets into seamless operational reporting metrics
An agile mindset and passion for learning
You can identify opportunities to use data to solve business problems or embrace opportunities
