Who we need
Chris, one of our wonderful Senior Client Success Managers, is looking for someone who wants to get stuck in to data and reporting. You will manage your own clients and support the wider Client Success team to ensure reporting is efficient, accurate and shared in a timely manner to keep all stakeholders happy.

What you’ll do
You will manage reporting and various aspects of clients' accounts and support our Client Success team with their larger accounts. We expect day-to-day responsibilities to evolve as the role becomes more established, but they will certainly include the following:
- Pulling and formatting regular MI client reports (smaller clients/ADHOC reports)
- Pulling and formatting regular custom client reports manually (for larger clients)
- Liaising with the relevant teams and internal stakeholders to ensure all data is accurate and up to date (Standards, Learning Development Coaches, etc)
- Liaising with the BI team to identify possible data bugs to ensure these are fixed moving forward
- Quality checking data to ensure it is accurate and up to date
- Identifying how data can be optimised and centralised in the best way to be pulled for client requests
- Supporting Client Directors to ensure reports are understood and contain all relevant information for the client’s needs
- Client engagement via email and, at times, on calls to explain data and respond to queries
- Driving reporting efficiency across both Apprenticeships and Professional Qualifications

- CRM Systems knowledge e.g. Salesforce
- Sufficient abilities on Excel and working with data
- Time and task management is essential
- Thrive from working in a fast-paced environment
