Who we need
Matt Knowles, our inspirational Curriculum and Learning Experience Director, is looking for a confident Business Analyst specialist to lead on Curricula development with fresh insight, management level industry experience, and an ability to drive innovation and development of our new Business Analyst Level 4 (BA4) apprenticeship whilst overseeing the iterative cycles of our reputable and existing BA4 apprenticeship program.
We are on a journey to enhance our already strong reputation in delivering high quality learning to people professionals. You will play a pivotal role in designing and redesigning programmes of flexible learning, which promote an excellent learner and employer experience. You will collaborate with our in-house learning design team to produce engaging and interactive learning content that excites. You will be influential in how your programmes of learning are delivered by our operational teams by delivering training and providing support, ensuring that our delivery teams can facilitate content delivery in a way that is aspirational, industry leading, of high quality, and is in alignment with your curriculum intent.

What you’ll do
Redevelop our existing BA level 4 apprenticeship program.
Agree the scope, scale, timelines, and content of the redevelopment.
Author concise, efficient, commercially viable, and high-quality diverse learning content to drive high levels of learner achievement.
Deliver training and provide support to cross-functional operational teams.
Work with Matt to source and combine data to review stakeholder feedback and continuously improve our programmes of learning.
Think creatively to develop approaches to learning which differentiate our program.
Set out clear schedules to review and update delivery models, curricula, and learning resources to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
Collaborate and work with the learning solutions team to ensure all digital content is engaging.
Leading and co-ordinating communications of new products and resources, working closely with Learning Operations, Learning solutions, Delivery, and Marketing.
Keeping up to date with external factors, undertake research, and collate insights (industry, learner & employer) to refine curriculum intent.
Keeping up to date with the latest initiatives, funding streams, legislation, and labour market intelligence.
Ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance is upheld across all programmes (Ofsted EIF/ESFA/Ofqual).
Manage your own CPD to develop new knowledge and ensure what you know remains current and relevant.
What we’re looking for
Significant experience of working at management level in a business improvement related function
Understanding of Ofsted (Education Inspection Framework)
Understanding of End Point Assessment (EPA) and EPA processes
Someone who asks great questions and has a candid disposition
Someone with a passion for enabling development of others
Understands Asynchronous and andragogical learning methodologies
Experience in writing purposeful learning content
Experience of designing engaging and logically sequenced modular learning content
Experience of developing and delivering group training
A logical thinker with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Project management qualification or equivalent
Strong influencing skills
Commercial experience and experience of using data to inform decision making
Functional Skills Maths and English at GCSE C or above (or equivalent)
Membership to an industry recognised professional body (desirable)
Competent in using different technologies e.g. Learner Management Systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
