 About the role:

 We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing sales professional with 7+ years experience selling complex learning & development solutions, professional services or consultancy services to Enterprises and MNC’s. You will be responsible for a given territory and verticals, splitting your time over business development and account management. You have a proven track record of success, a strong network, can rise to the challenge and love to succeed.

 As a mature and independent sales professional, you will be responsible for managing your time and achieving your targets. Your typical day will be a mix of business development, account management, client meetings, working on proposals to deliver long term L&D projects to our growing customer base. After the first 30 days you will have started to grow your pipeline which will ultimately consist of deals from USD $50-500k. This is a regional role so some occasional travel will be required.


  • Create, nurture, deepen and close sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts
  • Explore the full range of relationships and business opportunities across the client’s org-chart
  • Deliver killer sales presentations to clients, engage on consultative selling basis along with pre-sales team to propose relevant training solutions
  • Create customised presentations and SOW’s for clients based on requirements and best practice
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quota whilst maintaining profit margins
  • Record and track all client sales records in Salesforce

About you:

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • 7+ years in direct B2B sales selling to mid-large enterprises and MNC’s
  • Accomplished solutions-sales professional with experience selling consultancy/professional services
  • Consistent high achiever with track record in new business development and-over achieving sales targets
  • Dynamic, team player with excellent drive and work ethic
  • Experience in L&D/Training industry
  • Excellent presentation/pitching skills
  • Great communicator with excellent listening skills
  • Experience of working in an international team, selling to clients across APAC
  • Experience selling to senior directors and C-suite, strong executive presence
  • Confident talking about Data and Digital Transformation an advantage
  • Fluent in English and (Cantonese is desirable)

So we are all strongly encouraged to make full use of our holiday entitlements:

    - We get 25 days holiday, plus relevant public holidays wherever you are based;

    - This increases to 26 days after 2 years' service, and to 27 days after 4 years' service;

    - We get our birthday off every year;

    - We can buy up to five additional holidays per year in January, subject to the salary sacrifice rules in place at the time.
