Job Title: Graduate Success Administrator (12 month contract)

In 2020, Avado partnered with the Singapore government and Google to up-skill 1200 unemployed Singaporeans in digital marketing, and this role will be focused on this key project.
About the Role
- Be a key point of contact for learners who have graduated from our online digital marketing course, Skills Ignition SG
- Manage the ‘SISG Graduate Job Success’ process, optimising when required.
- Send surveys on agreed dates and ensure automatic reminders are sent at the appropriate times.
- Contact SISG graduates by survey, email, telephone and WhatsApp, to find out how their job search is progressing.
- Work with Recruiter to provide information to assist SISG graduate job placements.
- Produce weekly graduate job acquisition reports to required government standards.
- Record all learner conversations and other information onto CRM.
- Other duties as required.
What we need
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Previous customer service experience, with excellent relationship building skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a target driven role is essential.
- Report and data management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a fast moving, agile and ever-changing start-up style environment.
