As a Leaning Support Exec you’ll be a key point of contact for learners undertaking one of our flagship products, Squared Online, an online digital marketing course developed with Google.
What you'll do
• Provide efficient, professional and speedy responses to a high volume of email, telephone and WhatsApp enquiries and questions
• Set up new cohorts on the online platform, proof reading and checking online content, and making sure all is set up correctly for new learners
• Support new learners in accessing the platform for the first time, provide reset logins where required and be a friendly face and ear for less tech-savvy learners
• Make sure automatic communications to learners to remind them of live classes and programme progress are set up correctly
• Support learners with the IMDA funding process, answer any questions, and work with Telesales and B2B sales teams to ensure that we have all required information for the enrollment process
• Enroll learners onto the IMDA system and host introduction webinars for new learners
• Produce weekly reports to internal stakeholders on learner engagement, progression and completion and ensure data is clean and correct
• Work with the rest of the Learning Experience team to continually improve processes and learner experience
What we’re looking for
- Passion for, and experience with, providing excellent customer service
- Experience handling large volume of email enquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast moving, agile and ever-changing start-up style environment
- Experience of working in the education or training sector is advantageous; an interest in learning and personal development is essential
