Reports to: Snr Content & Communications Manager

About the role:

We’re looking for a Content & Communications Manager to provide operational support within our Learning Solutions team. Reporting to the Snr Content and Communications Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in facilitating the smooth delivery of content and communications on a large-scale, global digital & data project.

This role will suit someone with existing experience in developing and executing content and/or communications campaigns, who is looking to work on impactful learning projects that deliver lasting change.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution of communications and engagement campaigns, thinking creatively about how to engage learners through meaningful content
  • Curating, writing and editing content for learning programs
  • Researching trends in digital and data, collating case studies and thought leadership
  • Creating presentations for client meetings, using Google Slides
  • Designing surveys that measure learning outcomes and compiling feedback reports
  • Providing administrative support to the Learning Solutions team, including file management (Google Drive), organising meetings, and transcribing webcasts
  • Keeping up to date with developments and best practice in learner engagement and communications, suggesting improvements for both internal and external ways of doing things

About the experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related field is desirable
  • Experience in developing and executing successful content and/or communications campaigns
  • Highly organised, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent writing, editing and research skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to manage a varied workload and work after hours when required
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace and basic design skills
