Avado and Blenheim Chalcot have collaborated with our founding partners to design a 12-week programme called FastFutures for 18–22-year olds looking to get into the world of work. This is a ground-breaking digital and personal skills programme that helps young adults secure employment. Backed by leading global employers, FastFutures offers coaching to education leavers on vital workplace skills.

Who we need:

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to help support the continued growth of the FastFutures Programme. You’ll play a key role in a highly collaborative team helping to support and nurture the relationship of existing clients and founding partners. You will support the MD and Business Development Lead manager in the identification, engagement, and onboarding of new scaling clients to enable the programme to grow and flourish. 

What you’ll do: 

To ensure we are delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll be accountable for: 
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with corporate stakeholders and keeping them engaged from the initial kick off meeting through to programme completion.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to understand everyone’s needs and ensure every project meets expectations.
• Create and deliver welcome and onboarding materials for clients and line managers, as well as the relevant induction materials for stakeholders. 
• Support the management of the end to end programme delivery through comms, governance and close relationships with internal teams.
• Set goal and expectations with clients upfront and ensure these are understood and met, by linking our promise to our delivery via frequent and proactive communication to the core programme team 
• Support the facilitation of client feedback and progress presentations along with celebrations of success via biweekly steering meetings with stakeholders.
• Support the management of our clients evolving needs to propose effected tailored solutions, working closely with the relevant Sales lead and ensuring repeat business. 
• At the end of each cohort, facilitate a retrospective with clients to ensure improvements are built into future cohorts

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong ability to multi task, prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and clients  
• Ability to cope with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. 
• An engaging disposition to encourage and inspire our clients.
• Confidence when facing and dealing with stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills, and responsibility for meeting agreed deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and competency in all Microsoft Office applications
• A proven data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills 
• Polished presentation skills and an ability to understand and maintain processes and systems.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively and build relationships face-to-face, over the phone and in writing, with an excellent grasp of the English language, grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to jump in and support core team members when deadlines are tight

Even better if you’ve got:
• Previous experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders/business clients.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with - and a passion for – learning, diversity and inclusion and digital skills.
• A strong understanding and enthusiasm for data and reporting.
